Admission
Free admission for public visit. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by adults to enter the Centre.
If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity of the Centre, we will arrange the admission on a first come, first served basis.

Inclement Weather Arrangements
You are advised to contact the duty staff at 2867 2935 to enquire about the opening arrangement of the day before visiting the Centre under inclement weather.
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above
- The Centre will be closed if the signal is in force before the opening hours.
- The Centre will be closed if the signal is issued during the opening hours.
- The Centre will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled or lowered 3 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Centre will remain closed if the signal is cancelled or lowered less than 3 hours before the normal closing time.
Black Rainstorm Warning Signal
- The Centre will be closed if the signal is in force before the opening hours.
- The Centre will remain open if the signal is issued during the opening hours.
- The Centre will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled 3 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Centre will remain closed if the signal is cancelled less than 3 hours before the normal closing time.
“Extreme Conditions”*
- The Centre will be closed if "extreme conditions" is in force before the opening hours.
- The Centre will resume service within 2 hours if "extreme conditions" is cancelled 3 hours or more before the normal closing time as conditions allow. The Centre will remain closed if "extreme conditions" is cancelled less than 3 hours before the normal closing time.
(*In the case of serious disruption of public transport services, extensive flooding, major landslides or large-scale power outage caused by a super typhoon, the Government will make an announcement of "extreme conditions".)
Barrier-free Facilities
The following barrier-free facilities are available at the Centre:
- Passenger lift available for wheelchair users to visit Exhibition Gallery on G/F and 1/F
- Accessible toilet on G/F
- Reception counter with height suitable for wheelchair users
- Audible signal and elevator buttons with braille codes in passenger lift
Senior Publicity Manager of the Narcotics Division of the Security Bureau is the Access Officer of the Centre. You are welcome to contact the duty staff at 2867 2935 during the opening hours of the Centre if necessary.
